My mission
I believe that people are often carrying far more than others can see.

Many of us learn early on to cope, adapt, stay quiet, or hold everything together, even when it comes at a cost to ourselves.

My work is rooted in the belief that understanding matters. That when we have better language, better support, and greater compassion for the experiences that shape us, things can begin to make more sense.
Through therapy, training, writing and educational resources, my hope is to help people make sense of patterns, experiences and ways of coping that may once have felt confusing, painful or misunderstood.

I believe that with greater understanding, compassion and language, people can begin to heal from shame that was never theirs to carry in the first place.

About me
Hello, my name is Eve.

I’m a therapist and neurodiversity educator with a particular interest in relational patterns, adaptation, and the lasting impact of early experiences.

Alongside my professional training, my work is also shaped by lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic woman and adult child of an alcoholic. This combination of professional knowledge and personal insight deeply informs the way I work and communicate.

I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I’m committed to offering thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate support through both therapy and education.
