My mission
I believe that people are often carrying far more than others can see.

Many of us learn early on to cope, adapt, stay quiet, or hold everything together, even when it comes at a cost to ourselves.

My work is rooted in the belief that understanding matters. That when we have better language, better support, and greater compassion for the experiences that shape us, things can begin to make more sense.
Through therapy, learning, writing and educational resources, I aim to help people make sense of patterns, experiences and ways of coping that may once have felt confusing, painful or misunderstood.
Because when we have the right language for our experiences, shame begins to lose its hold.

About me
Hello, my name is Eve.

I’m a therapist and neurodiversity educator with a particular interest in relational patterns, adaptation, and the lasting impact of early experiences.

Alongside my professional training, my work is shaped by lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic woman and adult child of an alcoholic. This combination of professional knowledge and lived experience shapes both the way I work and the way I teach.

I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I’m committed to offering thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate support through both therapy and education.
