Navigating life as a neurodivergent woman, a trauma survivor, and a psychotherapist gifts me with a unique perspective. Every day, I blend my professional expertise with personal experiences to provide insights that, I hope, are both valuable and deeply empathetic.

Through my lens, I see the intricate dance between mental health challenges and everyday life, and I’m passionate about starting conversations and sharing understanding to support others on their journeys.

For too long, mental health issues and trauma have been shrouded in stigma, creating barriers that prevent people from seeking help and finding community. By sharing my own experiences and professional insights, I aim to break down these barriers.
